Our business apartments along Industriestrasse are centrally located in Zug. The building has 10x studios and 3x 2.5 room apartments. Every guest of the serviced apartments can enjoy access to the beautiful outdoor terrace with a far-reaching view over the city of Zug. On the ground floor of the building, the Speck Deli (Confiserie Speck) offers its guests a wide range of products, from the famous Zug Kirsch cake to delicious lunch menus. But that’s not all. Speck Deli can also deliver your evening meal to your floor – basically a hotel-like room service at home!

Your new home is about 8 minutes by scooter away from the picturesque Lake Zug and 5 minutes from the well connected train station. We will provide you with an e-scooter during your stay so that you can get from A to B in comfort.

Launched in 2022, the 13 serviced apartments offer unlimited flexibility and comfort. A well-thought-out furnishing concept makes it easy to get started in your new living environment. Our furnished apartments are fully equipped and have a high-speed internet connection, so you can work efficiently from your business apartment. “Fully furnished” solutions mean finding everything you need in a flat, from the kettle and iron kit to bed linen and towels. In addition to the basics, the Frame-TV should keep you entertained on rainy days. The TV subscription is also included, so all you have to do is choose a film. A good sound system should not be missing in your serviced apartment to get you fuelled up in the morning: our playlists will offer you groovy awakenings. All furnished apartments have large built-in closets. If you need additional storage space, we will be happy to provide you with storage rooms in the building. If you are travelling with your car, we will also be happy to look for a parking lot in the area. However, you should be able to reach all important districts of the city easily by public transport, even without a car, from our business apartments.
