Our serviced apartments on Industriestrasse are located in a prime central location in Zug. The building features 10 studios and 3x 2.5-room apartments. Every guest staying in the serviced apartments has access to a beautiful outdoor terrace with panoramic views over Zug. On the ground floor, the renowned Speck Confectionery serves its guests with a wide selection of treats, from the famous Zug cherry cake to delicious lunch menus. And it gets even better – on request, Speck Confectionery can deliver dinner directly to your floor, offering hotel-like service in the comfort of your own space.

Your new home is just an 8-scooter-minute ride from the picturesque Lake Zug and 5 minutes from the well-connected train station. For your stay, we provide an e-scooter so you can travel conveniently.

The 13 serviced apartments, opened in 2022, offer maximum flexibility and comfort. A well-thought-out furnishing concept ensures an easy transition to your new living situation. Our furnished apartments are fully equipped and include high-speed internet, enabling you to work efficiently from your business apartment.

"Fully equipped" means everything is ready for you – from the kettle and iron to bed linens and towels. A frame TV ensures entertainment on rainy days, and the TV subscription is already active when you arrive. To start your day right, a high-quality sound system is also included. With our playlists, we guarantee groovy mornings. All furnished apartments feature spacious built-in wardrobes, and if you need extra storage, we can provide storage rooms in the building.

Arriving by car? We can arrange a parking space nearby for you. However, from our serviced apartments, you can easily reach all major parts of the city using Zug’s excellent public transport system.
